PRODUCTS:

Where are your products made?

Bold & Bare products are proudly manufactured in the United States. All of our ingredients are sourced from premium sources and go through a rigorous testing process before they are approved.

Do you have samples?

Unfortunately we do not offer samples at this time, but considering this for the future!

What is an elixir?

Our Bare Elixir is a combination of oils, vitamins, antioxidants and peptides. It has a high concentration of active ingredients and targets more than one concern.

How long until I see results?

Customers report seeing results from the first usage to 2-3 weeks. To see long-lasting results, make sure you are consistent with your skincare routine.


While we do make our products to target certain issues and concerns, everyone's skin is different and results may vary from person to person.

INGREDIENTS:

What are bare ingredients?

We use only clean and safe ingredients that have been rigorously tested and combined for maximum potency.
We never use ingredients that are proven or suspected of causing harm.

Our products are formulated without parabens, sulfates, phthalates, T.E.A./ D.E.A., propylene glycol, silicones, mineral oils, synthetic fragrance or colours, animal by products.

Do your products contain vitamins and minerals?

We believe that creating skincare in its natural state is the best nourishment for the skin, complete with all the vitamins and minerals and other nutrients.

With this in mind, our products are created by blending natural and naturally derived ingredients. We use cold pressed botanicals  to preserve the nutrients and enzymes and ensure the maximum nutritional content of the end product.

 

How are your products preserved and what is their shelf life?

Preservatives are necessary to make sure that skincare stays at its most effective in different environments, and prevents bacteria growth. We use phenoxyethanol as a gentle preservative and have kept it at a minimum, whilst making sure that we preserve the efficacy of our products.

The EU and Japan permit the use of phenoxyethanol in skin care products when it is limited to 1% or less. And, when it is used in trace amounts, it’s shown to be a safe and effective preservative, with no evidence of it being an irritant. 

 

 

Do your products contain any artificial fragrances?

Every single one of our products is free of all synthetic fragrances. Our formulas smell light, clean and natural because they are formulated using botanical extracts. 

Are your products vegan/gluten free?

Bold & Bare products are free of any animal by-products and are gluten free.

Are your products tested on animals?

Never. As a cruelty-free brand, Bold & Bare does not incorporate animal testing into our development phase or at the production level. We do not provide authorization to any third parties to perform animal testing on our products. In addition, Bold & Bare does and will not retail within any country that requires animal testing. 

ORDERS:

What are your payment options?

We offer secure online ordering and accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, and PayPal.

Do I have to pay any additional fees?

Please note any additional customs charges are the responsibility of the buyer.

What happens after I place my order?

After an order is placed, an order confirmation email is sent to the email address provided during order placement. The order confirmation email includes the order number and all of the order details.

 

We aim to dispatch all orders by the very next business day from our warehouse. Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be processed the following Monday.

What if the product I wish to purchase is not available?

Occasionally, a product may be temporarily unavailable, and we apologize for any inconvenience this may cause you.

Unavailable products will be displayed as ‘out of stock’. If this is the case, we encourage you to return to our website to purchase the product at a later time or email us to request a notification when the product is next available.

What should I do if my shipment arrives damaged?

When your order arrives please note that it is normal for the outer box to show some wear and tear, however, if damage has occurred to the item(s) in your shipment, notify us immediately by email at [email protected]boldbare.com and provide your order number.

Can I cancel my order?

Please email us at [email protected] within 2 hours of placing your order so we can do our best to help. Unfortunately, requested changes will not be actioned once orders are shipped. Please note, we are not responsible for any address and order errors made by the customer.

SHIPPING AND RETURNS:

Can I track my order?

When your order ships from our fulfilment center, you will receive a shipment confirmation email that includes a tracking number from a major US carrier.

 

Can I return or exchange my order?

If you're unhappy with your purchase or have ordered the wrong product, and wish to return it, please do so, unopened via tracked shipping within 30 days of your purchase. We will gladly refund your order if there's a mix up. 

Once your return is received, we will send you an email to notify you and a refund will be processed. Return mail costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Unfortunately, we do not refund or exchange opened or used products. 

How do I use my promotional/discounts offer?

The promo or discount code must be entered in the discount box at checkout to receive the current promotion or discount before checking out.
